A joint function of the former Limerick North Cork Farm Relief Services (FRS) and Clare Farm Relief Services (FRS) was held at the South Court Hotel, Limerick, on November 10th 2021. At the event the newly launched book setting out the history and story of FRS over the last forty years was presented.
From Farm Relief Services to FRS Co-op – The Journey over 40 Years was written and compiled by Peter Byrne, CEO of FRS Co-op who has been at the helm of the FRS Co-Operative from the outset and Peter presented a signed copy to everyone at the event.
The book includes contributions from several employees, committee members and other personnel associated with FRS and shows many photos portraying their 40 year journey. The book can be read on the online flip book available on the FRS Co-op website ‘about us’ page www.frsnetwork.ie/frs-network
