FRS Co-Op Donates €2,000 to Make-A-Wish Ireland

FRS Co-Op raises €2,000 for Make-A-Wish Ireland through Christmas Jumper Day

FRS Co‑Op was delighted to present a cheque for €2,000 to Make‑A‑Wish Ireland, following the success of our annual Christmas Jumper Day fundraising initiative.

Throughout December, colleagues across the wider FRS Co-Op, including FRS Recruitment, FRS Farm Services, FRS Training, FRS Fencing, Turas Nua, and WrkWrk, donned their most festive knitwear and dug deep for a cause that touches hearts across Ireland.

Through the generosity and enthusiasm of our teams, we were proud to raise vital funds that will directly support Make‑A‑Wish Ireland in their mission to grant wishes to children living with serious illness. These wishes provide hope, strength, and joy at a time when it is needed most, making a lasting difference not only to the children themselves but also to their families.

Make‑A‑Wish Ireland is a registered charity dedicated to creating life‑changing experiences for children with critical illnesses. By working closely with medical professionals and families, the organisation delivers carefully planned wishes that offer moments of happiness and positivity during challenging times. Further information on their work, as well as details on how to support their programmes, can be found on their website at www.makeawish.ie.

FRS Co‑Op would like to sincerely thank all colleagues who participated in Christmas Jumper Day and contributed to this fantastic fundraising achievement. Community involvement and social responsibility are reflective of FRS Co-Op’s core values, Meitheal and People, and we are proud to continue to support charities that have such a meaningful impact across Ireland
