About Us - FRS Co-Op

Who We Are

FRS Co-Op began life in 1980 as Farm Relief Services, founded with a simple mission: to support farmers with skilled relief labour when they needed it most. What started as a grassroots co-operative rooted in Irish farming communities has grown into a nationwide network that today delivers a broad range of people and technology services.

From those early days of neighbour helping neighbour, FRS has evolved into a trusted partner across agriculture, training, recruitment, employability, technology, and public sector services – all while staying true to our co-operative values.
